Preserve Your Energy

There are some things in life that are simply worth ignoring. They are things that do not result in any positive results yet they take up a lot of energy. These include engaging in conflict, power tussles, trying to prove you are better than others, gossip, unhealthy comparisons and competition…you get the gist. These are activities that take up so much of your time, that you lose out on valuable opportunities and life events. My advice? Preserve your energy.

Instead of spending time engaging in nonsensical activities, focus on yourself. Focus on how you can make yourself better, how you can take the next step towards your success, how you can become a better version of yourself. Stop engaging conflict, power tussles and the likes. Invest your time and energy in meaningful activities that nourish you and improve the lives of those around you.

March is here! Whoop whoop!
